Why Exhibit ?

Inter BEE is an international exhibition based by a long history and proven track record which brings together the latest innovations in the content business from Japan and overseas under one roof as the professional exhibition for audio, video and communications.

Many of the visitors are professionals in the media and entertainment industry, and Inter BEE is characterized not as a one-way street where exhibitors introduce new products, services, and solutions to visitors, but as a place where exhibitors and visitors can provide useful information and develop business negotiations.

  • Inter BEE was extremely effective in creating new leads. We were able to obtain very useful data in that we could research potential customer needs.

  • We once again had business discussions with customers who we had not been able to meet for a long time. We also had business discussions which seem likely to lead to projects soon.

  • We could identify businesses and industries which have an interest in the new service we exhibited. We were able to hear about the functions and elements they want. We learned what functions we should focus our attention on.

  • Customers could try our existing products in addition to our new products. That allowed us to promote the innovativeness of our products. We were able to promote our products to customers in slightly different business fields to usual.

  • We could directly talk with those based outside of the main metropolitan areas who we cannot normally meet. We were also able to come into contact with new customers. That has led to subsequent business discussions.

As shown in the figure below, Inter BEE is composed of three major elements, and many participants (including exhibitors, visitors, and speakers) have a clear sense of purpose, making it easy to generate communication that leads to business opportunities within the venue.

Inter BEE is developed around three axes: "Exhibits," in which a wide variety of exhibitors showcase their cutting-edge products; "Special Events," in which specific fields are communicated across the board from exhibits to conferences; and "Conferences," in which stakeholders in the content business from Japan and abroad take the stage. 3 axes work in tandem to provide useful information to visitors.

The intertwining of these three axes ensures that the content of the exhibition is deep and highly effective in attracting visitors.The majority of visitors are broadcasters and other professionals involved in the content business, making the communication that takes place at the event beneficial.

Stand Presence 〜enhance your presence in the market〜

Exhibitors can increase their presence in the market and appeal directly to many new and potential customers in the industry

Inter BEE has steadily increased the number of exhibitors, and in 2019, both the number of exhibitors and the number of booths (the size of the exhibition hall) reached their highest levels. The number temporarily dropped due to the pandemic from the following year (2020), but after the online event in 2020, both the number of exhibitors and booths have been on a steady recovery trend since 2021, and the year-on-year comparison in 2022 is approximately 176% for the number of exhibitors and 185% for the number of booths.
The new "Startup Area," a zone for startups, will provide a spotlight for small and medium-sized exhibitors.
Exhibiting at the event, which is increasing in appeal year by year, is expected to enhance your presence in the market.

We have conferences where many key persons on the cutting-edge in the media and entertainment industry speak.

Every year, Inter BEE features more than 90 conference sessions, both in real venues and online. The excitement is not limited to the exhibition hall, but also extends to the conference venue. Many visitors come to Inter BEE for the conferences, but most of them also visit the exhibition halls, which makes the entire event more exciting due to the synergistic effect of the exhibition and the conferences.

The conference is filled to capacity every year with speakers who are driving the media and entertainment industry from the present to the future, sharing in-depth stories in their respective genres. Online sessions are also watched by more people than can fit in the real venue, and paid conference sponsorships are often sold out early in the day, making this a highly effective event.

You can experience hands-on the new products, services and solutions of companies in real-time in-person.

Reactions seen in many of the Inter BEE visitor surveys.
