Pick-up Counter opens at 9:30 AM, and you can enter the venue from 10:00 AM. Admission closes 10 minutes before the venue closes each day.

Yes, admission to Inter BEE is free. However, all visitors are required to pre-register to access certain content, such as the Makuhari Messe venue, login-required content on the official website (conference reservation, online session viewing, some exhibitor information). We kindly ask you to register before attending.

Yes, pre-registration is required every year. You can easily register again with your previously registered email and password.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the link on the site. Please note that if you registered before 2017, you will need to register again, as the registration system changed after 2017.

Each attendee needs to register individually. You cannot use the same email address for multiple registrations, so please register each attendee with their own email address.

You don’t need to contact the administration if you wish to cancel.

You can modify your information by logging into the registration site, going to "My Page," and selecting "Profile Settings."

For sessions at Makuhari Messe, you can reserve seats via the pre-registration site. Reservations are closed once full, so please register early. No live streaming is available.

Online session reservations are not required. After registering for the event, simply log into the official website. Be sure to check the session’s availability period on the website.

You can come to the session venue on the day. After those with reservations are seated, any remaining seats will be available to attendees.

Some sessions will be available in the archive after the event, until December 19th. Specific details will be announced after the event.

For PC viewing, we recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge on Windows, and Safari, Firefox, or Chrome on macOS.
