Inter BEE 2025 will open at Makuhari Messe on November 19
61st Edition of Japan’s Largest Media Event with 1,079 Exhibitors
Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association（JEITA：Representative Director/Chairperson, Kei Uruma, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation President & CEO）will hold the comprehensive media event Inter BEE 2025 (venue: Makuhari Messe / Mihama-ku, Chiba City) during November 19 (Wed)- 21 (Fri), 2025. Visitor pre-registration for Inter BEE 2025 is now open on the official website.
Inter BEE is widely recognized as one of Japan’s largest comprehensive media events, attracting professionals from the media and entertainment industries. This exhibition gathers experts and stakeholders from diverse fields, including sound, video, broadcasting, live entertainment, lighting, and telecommunications / distribution, as well as engineers and creators from a broad spectrum. Celebrating its 61st edition, Inter BEE covers the full spectrum of content “Creation (production)”, “Delivery (connection)”, and “Receiving (experience)”, providing a comprehensive platform for the latest developments and business opportunities in the media and entertainment industries.
The event features a scale of 1,079 exhibitors/organizations and 1,985 exhibition booths, organized into four categories: “Professional Audio,” “Entertainment and Lighting,” “Video Production/Broadcasting Equipment,” and “Media Solutions.

In recent years, the media and entertainment industry has been undergoing rapid transformation, driven by the expansion of domestic and global markets, the widening scope of the industry, and the full-scale adoption of AI in content production, along with remarkable technological advancements.

This year, 1,079 companies and organizations spanning the media and entertainment industry will exhibit across seven halls—Halls 2 through 8—at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall. Featuring the latest equipment, systems, software, applications, and solutions—including rapidly advancing AI-related technologies—the event will showcase the industry’s cutting-edge trends and future directions.
■Conferences Showcasing Key Industry Trends & Awards Honoring Outstanding Exhibits
The “INTER BEE FORUM” sessions held at the International Conference Hall, together with conferences taking place in the special program venues, will be presented alongside sessions from the concurrently held “The 62nd JBA Symposium of Broadcast Technology” (organized by The Japan Commercial Broadcasters Association) and exhibitor seminars, bringing the total to more than 100 sessions.
Additionally, we will continue to hold the INTER BEE AWARD this year, established last year on the occasion of the 60th event as an initiative to “look to the future and open the door to a new decade.” The final judging for the INTER BEE AWARD will take place at the exhibition venue on Wednesday, November 19, with the winners to be announced and honored during the event period.
