nac Image Technology (booth 8207) showcased a wide range of products based on ARRI manufactured film style digital camera ALEXA, including various types of cinematic lenses, lighting equipment, high-speed camera, 3D related equipment, and post-production equipment. Periodic demonstrations at the booth helped visitors to better understand the high performance of ALEXA.

ALEXA-plus was announced at IBC, and is planned for a worldwide roll-out starting January 2011. ALEXA is ARRI's new digital cinema camera. It offers a wide dynamic range equipped with over 14 F-Stops.

This is an upgrade model of the ALEXA which is already on the market. It adds a number of new functions including a lens control system and motion sensor.

The mounted ALURA zoom lens was co-developed with FUJINON, and delivers high optical performance at a reasonable price.
