Inter BEE 2010: MATROX demonstrates a 3D workflow on the MXO2 LE.

MATROX (booth #5611) introduced a 3D workflow demonstration using a portable video I/O device called the Matrox MXO2 LE.

The Matrox MXO2 LE is equipped with HDMI and SDI terminals as well as analog video input and output that can be connected to a Final Cut Studio editing system. This device is capable of inputting and outputting broadcast-quality video (HDMI, SDI, and analog) and professional-quality audio, as well as monitor HDMI video functions. Display calibration control including blue-only can be performed on the HDMI output.

A 3D workflow demonstration at the venue, which showed the high cost-performance efficiency of stereoscopic content recorded using a 3D camera, was performed to depict real-time editing of stereoscopic 3D content using a laptop PC.
