HD shooting supports high-quality recording at 50 Mbps 4:2:2. The camera supports the QuickTime (MOV) and AVCHD file formats for direct editing in Apple's Final Cut Pro video-editing program.
The highly functional unit features a double-slot recording system also compatible with high-end models, with remote viewing enabled with the USB host, and file transfers over a network.
