(Inter BEE 2015 TV) Grass Valley to Highlight Multiple Products Based on IP and 4K Theme Including New Real Time IP Processing Node, GV Node

　Grass Valley will be presenting demonstrations on IP and 4K as well as the EDIUS 8 turnkey system at their Inter BEE 2015 booth (Video and Broadcast Equipment Area, Booth #3211). For IP, the company will be highlighting end-to-end solutions including GV Node, a new real time IP processing node.
　ProRes and DNxHD processing is accelerated with EDIUS 8.1. In addition to supporting OpenFX, EDIUS makes sharing work easier though the ability to save projects as a template. The media management system STRATUS used in conjunction with EDIUS is upgraded to version 4.5 as well. EDIUS 8.1 features a browser with H.264 proxy generation and high speed access and search as well as a newly designed GUI.
　The turnkey system is completed with new 4K support and HD optimization. 4K support comes from the HDWS-4K2ELITE loaded with an SSD media drive and 64 gigabytes of memory as well as the HDWS-4K2 with an HDD and 32 gigabytes of memory. It features an AJA playback board and Thurnderbolt 2. XAVC encoding has been improved upon and the number of real time playback streams has increased. REXCEED X4000 G2 enables 4K editing at an affordable prices. The system is also available with the HD-optimized HDWS 3GX3.
　Grass Valley's new product, Edius Isilon, is based on EMC Isilon X210 and is meant to appeal to the field of production. It can be bundled with K2 servers to enable editing for different time zones.
