[Inter BEE 2016 TV] NGC: Nokia's OZO VR camera is equipped with 8 lenses and 8 microphones, can record 45 minutes of video with its SSD and battery, and features 2K RAW output

NGC took part in the Inter BEE 2016, which was held at Makuhari Messe for three days from November 16th (Wednesday) to 18th (Friday). It demoed a variety of tools and equipment for file transfer and 3DCG and VFX high-end production.
NGC also displayed Nokia's OZO VR camera featuring 8 built-in lenses. The OZO is equipped with 8 microphones and is capable of full 360 × 180 degrees, 3D surround recording. In addition, it supports real time live streaming and can record up to 45 minutes of video thanks to its battery and built-in SSD (500 GB). RAW file data can be imported into a PC and converted to a format such as OpenEXR, DPX, etc. It can then be edited with The Foundary's NUKE, for instance.
