[NEWS] At Inter BEE, Dan Dugan Sound Design Exhibited Auto Mixer Products and Demonstrated the New iPad Control System, Among Others

Dan Dugan Sound Design exhibited various live sound systems, such as "Model M," the auto mixer compatible with a maximum of 64ch MADI input and output, "Model N," which is compatible with the Dante network, and "Model K," the tactical control panel, at Inter BEE, which was held at Makuhari Messe from November 16th (Wed) through 18th (Fri). The booth was 2313.

The auto mixers utilize automatic gain adjustment technology using automatic detection by the mic, which was developed by Dan Dugan, who represents the company. It is widely known in broadcasting and professional audio and has contributed to live sound systems. The "Dugan Speech System" realizes especially quick and clear cross fading without sound interruptions and background noise. The balanced specifications allow for smooth transitions between the people holding mics, regardless of how many mics there are.
It is widely used in various situations, including news, sports, talk shows, business meetings, theater, and education.

■New release of the Dugan Control Panel iPad app
At the booth, Version 2.1 of "Dugan Control Panel for iPad," a new iPad control panel app, was exhibited. Similarly to "Dugan Control Panel for Java," it can be applied to the auto mixer network from Dan Dugan Sound Designs. It can be downloaded for free from the iTunes store.
It is compatible with the iPad, and can be used with various auto mixers, including the Dugan Model E, E-1. E-1A, E-2, E-3, M, N, Dugan-VN16, and Dugan-MY16.
Furthermore, when running the app, even if a Dan Dugan Sound Design auto mixer is not available in the network, it provides a demo mode that is compatible with other models.
