Inter BEE 2016 TV: AJA exhibits 4K compatible frame synchronizer & converter "FS4", "KONA IP" that allows seamless IP transition and other latest versions of its products with enhanced functions.

AJA introduced various latest products with a focus on 4K products. As for latest versions of its products, the company exhibited frame synchronizer & converter "FS4", 4K/UltraHD/2K/HD compatible file-based video recorder and player "KiPro Ultra", desktop video & audio I/O for IP-based workflow "KONA IP", 8-lane PCIe2.0 video/audio desktop I/O card "KONA 4", etc.

FS4
"FS4", considered to be the flagship model of AJA's converter products, is a frame synchronizer & converter that allows you to process 4 lines of 2K/HD/SD or 1 line of 4K/UHD. With a 1RU frame, it processes various connections and conversions. We also have a wide range of connection options for video and audio.

KiPro Ultra
"KiPro Ultra", a 4K/UltraHD/2K/HD compatible file-based video recorder & player with HDLCD monitor, had its latest version 2.0 realeased. In the latest version, it now supports captures of Avid DNxHD MXF files.
It supports the capture of Apple Pro Res files including HD resolution and 4K60p. It allows you to input and output in 5 levels of quality including Apple Pro Res 4444. Equipped with 3G-SDI, fiber and HDMI terminals. With a width of a half rack, the height is 2RU. Equipped with a carry handle, it is easy to carry around.
Using AJA Pak 1000 SSD media, you can record at Ultra HD60p/4K60p, the highest quality of Apple Pro Res HQ.

KONA IP
"KONA IP" is also on display as a video IP compatible product. it can be controlled by AJA's software, "AJA control room".
"KONA IP" is a desktop video & audio I/O for IP-based workflows. It can be worked together with AJA's Control Room, Control Panel software and SDK tools. Because it supports SMPTE 2022-6 uncompressed IP video and it allows you to use new standards such as IP compression and protocol while maintaining the current environment, you can smoothly transit to IP.
It is equipped with 10GigE SFPx2 cage which supports sending, receiving and two-way communication of multi-channel inputs and outputs. It allows you to combine uncompressed 4:4:4, 4:2:2 2K/HD/SD video and 16 channel embedded audio on a project.

KONA 4
At the booth, we will also display 4K60pHDR using QuantelRIO on "KONA 4". "KONA 4" is an 8-lane PCle2.0 video/audio desktop I/O card. It can process anything from SD to HD, 2K, 4K with full 10-bit 4:2:2/4:4:4 sampling color space.
It widely supports 4K frame rates, and from the editing system, you can directly output on a 4K projector or a monitor. In addition, because it supports 50/60p high frame rate and 4KHDMI output, editors and clients can confirm full resolution 4K video on latest UltraHD monitor while working. It supports 4K high frame rare (HFR) such as 4K50p/60p. Equipped with 4KHDMI output, it allows you to display 4K/UHD on many UltraHD monitors via HDMI.
