[Inter BEE 2014] Suntech Suntech to attend Inter BEE for the first time and exhibit their own LED light "Suntech Light LG-1200S", which takes color rendering to the next level to be exhibited New spotlight LED also to be demonstrated

Since Suntech was established in 1975, it has solely focused on selling camera equipment for professionals. Their products are used in a wide variety of circumstances such as in studios and by professional photographers.
Mr. Tetsuya Noaki of Suntech's sales division said, "We have mainly focused on the photography industry until now, but business with the broadcasting industry has grown after the release of our LED light a few years ago. To promote our product even more within the broadcasting industry, this year we will hold an exhibit at Inter BEE for the first time."

■Demonstration of LED Lighting Equipment
Most of the equipment at the exhibit will be LED lighting equipment. "Suntech Light LG-1200S" is a large and powerful LED light that has an output of 75 W and is made of 1,200 individual high-luminance white LEDs. It is ideal as a main light.
Its luminance surpasses its predecessor, with a brightness equivalent to an approximately 450 W halogen lamp. Its predecessor's general color rendering index (CRI/Ra), which indicates the ability of a light to reproduce the eight basic colors, is 79 whereas the value for the Suntech Light LG-1200S is over 90. Its color rendering performance has improved remarkably.
With the included AC adapter, it can be used with any AC power source between 100–240 V. Since its rear panel has a v-mount battery compartment, a "v-mount battery" (sold separately) can be directly attached, allowing the light to be used in places without AC power.
"We have reached a point where even the broadcasting industry uses LED lighting equipment. In addition to studio lighting, it has become possible for lighting equipment to be taken on the road to shooting locations. Our booth will be an exhibit that reproduces the concept of a shooting location," explained Mr. Noaki.
The "SP Rollable Reflector Series" consists of collapsible reflectors that not only work great in studio shoots, but are indispensable while shooting on location as well. Just by inserting two spring rods into the rods attached to the reflector's material, you can easily spread out the reflector without any slack.
You can hold it in your hand or easily attach it to a stand using the separately sold SP grip heads. It comes with a storage case, which makes it convenient when you are on the go.
Since one side of the "SP Rollable Reflector II" is white and the other side is silver, you can create either a weak or strong reflection.
Another new product we plan to show is our LED spotlight, "LG-100FDA".
