【Inter BEE 2018】AJA Newst 8K Solution Exhibit; Demonstration of the HDR Image Analyzer Fitted With Colorfront Software

　AJA Video Systems, a manufacturer handled by the business division of Ask Media & Enterprise (ASK M&E) will have an exhibit at Inter BEE 2018, which will be hosted at Makuhari Messe from November 14 through 16, where it will display 8k solutions combining the latest products, such as KONA 5, the 12G-SDI compatible I/O card, and the converter and frame synchronizer FS-HDR v2.6, the HDR/WCG real time converter now with 8k functionality.
The highlight will be the solutions compatible with the latest 4K/HDR technology, from recording, to conversion and analysis, beginning with the HDR Image Analyzer (shown in the photo above), the HDR analyzer equipped with Colofront software.

■Solution Exhibit by the Multi-Functional HDR Image Analyzer Announced at IBC
The HDR Image Analyzer announced at IBC is a bundle of tools that are effective in analyzing the latest standard HDR, including HLG, PQ, Rec.2020. It handles 4k/UltraHD/HD contents in 1RU size in real time. It operates on software developed by Colorfront, so at IBC there was a demonstration wherein the HDR Image Analyzer monitored and analyzed HDR, WCG (wide color gamut), and 4K/UltraHD/2K/HD contents used in broadcasts, production including OTT entertainment, post production, quality control, and mastering.

You can input anything from various camera log formats, to SDR (REC709), PQ (ST2084), and HLG. Furthermore, it is also compatible with BT.2020 and BT.709 color gamuts. Video I/O can 4x3G-SDI I/O up to 4K/UltraHD 60P. Equipped with SDI automated signal detection functionality.
The HDR analysis tool contains waveform, histogram, vector scope monitor, as well as various basic analysis functions. You can directly input the primary camera log. It can analyze various color bases, such as 709, P3, XYZ, 2020, as well as camera color spaces. Furthermore, through its automatic HDR mode conversion, it can automatically convert into color bases where possible.
At Inter BEE, they are also scheduled to have exhibits for each solution, and introduce AJA work flows all at once.
