CreateLED International (CreateLED), headquartered in Shenzhen, China, showcased a 4K display at their own booth with a dot pitch of 2.6 millimeters and a width of 10 meters and height of 5 meters, making it the largest screen at Inter BEE 2014, measuring over 420 inches.
The company's AirMAG series of products are indoor LED displays designed for rental or permanent display settings.

CreateLED, a manufacturer of large LED displays, says that it will take the opportunity to expand its business following this year's Inter BEE exhibition.
Masahiro Yabuta, the representative director of the Japanese subsidiary of CreateLED, describes their plans as follows: "Takenaka has already introduced our company's large displays for its rental business. We are starting CreateLED Japan with help from Takenaka and NGC, who have extensive track records in the sales of large displays for digital signage. Users in the Japanese market are very demanding, so we plan to sell products customized to the market, instead of just selling the same products as in China."
Takenaka, which uses the company's products for rentals, held a reference exhibit at an invitation-only event in March 2014. Takenaka's president, Hideaki Takenaka, says that "The luminosity is 120 candelas and the picture quality is wide XGA. 2.6 millimeter dot pitch products that look beautiful even when viewed up close are becoming an important product in the video equipment rental industry."
"Many people have doubts about the reliability of Chinese-manufactured goods, but Takenaka's Shanghai branch has been praised, and the evaluation from local rental companies has also been high with absolutely no problems. As high-resolution 4K and 8K video displays proliferate, LED displays in the 1-2 millimeter dot pitch range will see increasing demand in the rental and event markets. From the standpoint of our customers, our company has decided to provide advice and other assistance to CreateLED Japan to realize the introduction of even more easy-to-use products." President Takenaka expects that "demand for high-resolution LED displays for the event industry will increase in the future."
