Shuttle bus information

Providing convenient, pleasant transportation between Makuhari Messe and Tokyo Station, Haneda Airport, and Yokohama/YCAT.

During the exhibition period from Wednesday, November 13 to Friday, November 15, express buses will provide direct service to Makuhari Messe. Return service will also be provided so visitors can avoid train transfers and walking from the station. We hope you take advantage of this convenient bus service during the exhibition.

Bus service to Makuhari Messe departing from Tokyo, Haneda Airport, Narita Airport or Yokohama/YCAT

Seating is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Once a bus is full, it cannot accommodate additional passengers.
• Seats cannot be reserved.
• Fare payment should be made in cash when departing. PASMO and Suica smart cards may also be used for payment.
• During busy times, all seats in a row may be occupied and auxiliary seating may be added as well. We appreciate your understanding.
• The buses are equipped with storage space beneath the bus floor, but items such as those that are fragile or may come out during transport may not be stored.

Notes for boarding at Narita Airport
Purchase your bus ticket at the bus ticket counter located in Narita Airport on the day of departure. Reservations/advance sales are not available.
• Ticket sales for buses from Narita Airport are managed separately at each of the terminals. In some cases, seating may not be permitted on buses departing from Terminal 2 even when not full.

  1. Make a reservation online on Hassha Orai Net(http://www.j-bus.co.jp)(in Japanese).
    • Seats cannot be reserved by telephone.
    • Free membership registration is required to make reservations.
  2. If you have made a reservation at least two days prior to departure, purchase the ticket by 22:59 two days prior to departure at a ticket terminal in Lawson, FamilyMart, Circle K Sankus or 7-Eleven.
    • Reservations not purchased will be automatically cancelled.
    • Reservations can be made up until 17:00 the day before departure. If making a reservation the day prior to departure, purchase the ticket at a convenience store by 22:59.
  3. On the day of departure, be sure to arrive at bus stop no. 6 at Yokohama/YCAT by the departure time.
    • During busy times, all seats in a row may be occupied and auxiliary seats may be added as well. We appreciate your understanding.
