Last July, the transition to digital terrestrial transmission has been completed in 44 prefectures. And this significant event is sure to stimulate the broadcasting equipment industry, bringing forth new proposals, solutions, and services to answer the high expectations created by the fusion of broadcasting and communications resulting from digitization.
By the development of " the fusion of broadcasting and communications", Inter BEE is garnering considerable attention as the Show for Video, Audio, and Communications Professionals as it gathers under one roof, top-level equipment for broadcasting, video, audio, and lighting as well as the latest in IPTVs, mobile TVs, cross-media marketing techniques, and peripheral applications/solutions. Inter BEE will showcase leading-edge technologies to the world that answer the needs of professionals while making available pertinent industry information to global markets. It will also provide an excellent venue for enhancing business transactions and opportunities for both exhibitors and visitors.
This year, Inter BEE will be held for a 3-day period, from November 14th to 16th, 2012 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, under the sponsorship of JEITA (Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association), and supported by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation) and the National Association of Commercial Broadcasters in Japan(JBA).
