Pre-registration

After completing pre-registration on-line, print out the page with the accompanying bar code and present it at the Pre-registration Counter to receive your pass.

Registration　at the gate

Participants with an Invitation As the Registration Counter is expected to be very crowded, on-line pre-registration is highly recommended to save both time and resources even if you have an invitation. Also be reminded to provide two business cards when registering at the gate. Participants without an Invitation Complete the registration card at the Registration Counter for admission (free of charge) into the exhibition.

Visitor Services

Concierge service Concierge staff will be available at the entrance to help anyone with questions or inquiries about the Inter BEE exhibition. ・Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm (until 5:00pm on the 22nd). ・Location: Central entrance on the 2nd floor Web guide service Computer terminals will be available for searching web sites or My Guide functions for the exhibition. ・Hours: 10:00am to 5:30pm (until 5:00pm on the 22nd). ・Location: Entrance Cloakroom* A cloakroom will be available for the temporary storage of coats and/or luggage so participants do not have to worry about their belongings. * The cloakroom cannot accept valuables and computers for temporary storage. The management of Inter BEE will not be responsible for any loss or theft of belongings stored in the cloakroom. ・Hours: 9:30am to 5:00pm (until 4:30pm on the 22nd). Open until 6:00pm for pickup (5:30pm on the 22nd) ・Location: Exhibit halls 4 and 6 (Center mall on the 2nd floor) Courier service A courier will be available to deliver catalogs and novelties collected at the show. ・Hours: 10:00am to 5:30pm (until 5:00pm on the 22nd). ・Venue: Exhibit hall 6 (organizers’ room on the 1st floor)
