How to Apply

Application

(1) Send Application Form for Exhibit Space and Broadcast Equipment Distribution Chart to:

In case of the first application, please submit brochures of company and products that exhibitors deal in or equipment that will be exhibited with the application form.

(2) Acceptance of applications may be withheld or refused, if the Show Management Secretariat decides exhibits are not in keeping with the character of exhibition.

(3) The exhibition fee and bank transfer handling charge should be remitted to one of the bank accounts listed below by Friday, June 30, 2006 upon receipt of the invoice from the Japan Electronics Show Association.

(4) No promissory notes will be accepted.

(5) Cancellation of booth reservations or reduction/Addition of the number of booths reserved
The exhibitor is requested to complete an “Application for Booth Cancellation or Changes for Number of Booth(s)” form and submit it to the Show Management Secretariat. The Show Management Secretariat will send the receipt of confirmation to the exhibitor via e-mail or by facsimile after the form reached. If an exhibitor wants to cancel participation in whole or in part, the following cancellation charges must be paid.

When cancelled: Cancellation fee
July 1 to July 31, 2006 60% of exhibition booth fee
August 1 to August 31, 2006 80% of exhibition booth fee
On or after September 1, 2006 100% of exhibition booth fee

Application deadline

(1) The application deadline is Monday, May 8, 2006 unless all the booths are reserved prior to this date.

(2) Confirmation of the received application
The Show Management Secretariat will give stamp of receipt on the application, when the application of the exhibition reached. The Secretariat will send the receipt for confirmation to the person in charge via e-mail or by facsimile after the application form reached.

(3) Booth location
The first draw to choose the booth for exhibitors who send their application by May 8 (deadline), 2006. Exhibitors who sent the application form after May 9, 2006 will be selected the vacant booth accordingly. Please take this into the consideration.
